
Join Jodie for a 6-week Sunday series of Yin & Yoga Nidra to nourish and restore as we move through the final weeks of winter.
In a world that constantly calls us to go faster, to do more, to keep pushing—this practice is your invitation to do the opposite.
Over six gentle Sunday afternoons, we’ll slow everything down. We’ll move through deeply nourishing Yin poses, lingering in stillness with no sense of urgency, no need to rush. You’ll be guided to pay tender attention to each part of your body—finding comfort, support, and rest in every shape.
At the peak of your breath, you may begin to feel something shift. At the very top of your inhale, a sense of softness. At the very bottom of your exhale, a quiet letting go. And in that space, a remembering: the more you release, the more you are supported.
Each session will close with Yoga Nidra—guided rest where the body sleeps, the mind sleeps, and awareness remains. In this restful awareness, healing happens. Patterns loosen. A deeper connection to self begins to emerge.
This is a space to soften, to feel, and to simply be.
