This year, you have the choice to journey through your training in one of two streams Traditional or Aerial with a shared foundational beginning and immersion experience that brings our whole training community together.

Whether you feel called to deepen your own practice, expand your understanding of yoga, or step into teaching, this training is about far more than postures. It is about integration, integrity, and becoming.

Module 1 (Shared)

4–6 September 2026

 Immersion Week in Bali (Shared)

 Traditional Yoga Stream

For those called to the depth and lineage of traditional yoga practice, this pathway honours the roots, philosophy, and embodied intelligence of yoga in its classical and contemporary forms.

This is not just learning how to cue poses.

It is understanding why we practice, how we hold space responsibly, and how to teach with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.

You will learn how to:

• Skillfully sequence intelligent, accessible classes

• Understand functional anatomy and safe alignment principles

• Integrate pranayama, meditation, and subtle body awareness

• Teach to diverse bodies and abilities with inclusivity and care

• Weave yogic philosophy into modern teaching in a grounded, relatable way

• Develop your own voice as a teacher — steady, informed, and true

This stream is both rigorous and deeply supportive. It invites personal growth alongside professional development, so that what you offer students comes from lived experience, not memorised scripts.
