February often invites us to think about love but at The Dock, we’re more interested in the kind that’s steady, spacious, and lived in.
Self-love doesn’t always look like confidence or certainty. Sometimes it looks like showing up tired. Choosing rest. Listening instead of pushing. Meeting yourself exactly where you are without trying to improve, fix, or justify it.
This month, we’re leaning into radical self-acceptance. Moving, breathing, and being, not to become someone else, but to remember who you already are. You are welcome here, just as you are.
As part of this theme, we’re inviting you to share the love. Throughout February, you’re welcome to bring someone you love to a class for free, a friend, partner, family member, or someone who simply needs a little extra care. Love grows when it’s shared, and sometimes the most powerful practice is showing up together.
You’ll also notice a Love Note Wall in the studio. We invite you to add a few words; a reflection, a thank you, or something your practice has gently taught you. These notes are a quiet celebration of the community we’re building together, one breath and one class at a time.
You do not have to be different to be worthy.
February at The Dock is an invitation to soften into yourself, into your practice, and into this community.
