
Curious about aerial yoga but not quite ready to jump into a full class?
These gentle one-hour Sunday workshops are designed especially for complete beginners, offering a safe, welcoming and supportive space to explore the fundamentals of aerial yoga at your own pace.
Across two relaxed sessions in August, you’ll learn the basic principles of working with the hammock, build confidence in the air, and discover the joy, strength and deep support that aerial yoga can offer — no experience needed.

What to wear: warm layers with socks. Don't wear any clothes that have zips or buckles and no jewellery please.
