Led by Lee-Anne Lupton, this 90-minute deluxe aerial yin class invites you to melt into relaxation with the support of low-hanging silk hammocks. Gentle and grounding, this practice requires no flips or tricks—just soft, soothing postures that bring calm to the nervous system and space to the body.
Accompanying the practice is the beautiful, live music of Kirbanu, whose ethereal voice and healing soundscapes will carry you inward, enhancing the restorative atmosphere.
We’ll close the evening with a ceremonial sharing of cacao, inviting warmth, presence, and community.
